  • If Hemp is so good then how come I haven’t heard about it?
  • People don't know what they don't know. This was the lesson we learned after 16 months of research. Hemp is part of the "Cannabis: family and many people often confuse it with Marijuana, therefore a stigma was attached to this crop for almost 100 years.  

  • Is Hemp legal to grow?
  • Yes, it’s legal to grow in the UK since 1993, however a clause was put in that you may only grow hemp if you obtained a licence that comes from the HMRC.

  • Will Hemp get me high?
  • No, hemp contains less than 0.3% THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) levels, which is the psychoactive/ psychotropic compound found in marijuana. Taking hemp won't get you high, but it will give you a healthier life!

  • Is Hemp Seed Oil the same as CBD Oil?
  • Hemp Seed Oil is absolutely different from CBD oil from the simple fact that Hemp Seed Oil is cold pressed from the Seeds and CBD is extracted from the Leaves/ Buds/stalks. Hemp oils benefits are mainly for its Omega 3 & 6 as well as its availability of Essential fatty acids. whilst CBD is more for health supplements and could have a large medicinal value according to the World Health Organisation. 

  • Difference between Hemp and Marijuana?
  • Hemp and Marijuana are like orange and tangerine. Though they come from the same cannabis species, they are completely different crops with completely different applications. Although there is evidence that they maybe from grown from the same strain we believe that it is best to distinguish them both individually.

    Their main difference is that Hemp has low THC and High CBD whilst Marijua
    na is considered to be a variety of High THC and low CBD.
